The Sacred Community of Bonavista Church is the Christ-centered body of believers bound together in love. In many places, the church has become fragmented. There is an incredible individualism that has overwhelmed the North American Church. As individuals we hunt for the individual church that will meet our unique individual needs. And that kind of thinking begins to reduce the idea of the church as a community to the church as a collection of individuals.

But our desire at Bonavista Church is to be an authentic biblical community. We seek to create an environment where we develop genuine relationships that demonstrate interdependence, belonging, ownership, vulnerability and accountability.
